Affinity Groups
A new service to members we'd like to offer are Affinity Groups to help volunteer managers connect with those either working on similar issues, in related agencies, or just nearby.
Eventually each group should have a coordinator who would organize 2 meetings per year to help bring people from all around Puget Sound together to discuss current issues or just share program ideas.
Some proposed affinity groups are:

* Arts & Culture
* Communities
* Disadvantaged Populations
* Education & Kids
* Environment
* Families
* Health Care & Safety
* Human Services
Groups
will be formalized as soon as someone volunteers to be the leader for
that group! If you'd like more information about leading or participating
in an affinity group, please contact dovia@doviakc.org.
